1 Month Bodyweight Program/schedule For A 13 Yearold ( It Should Workout My Whole Body)?

i just need to get a little buffed before may because my soccer season is going to start and i dont think my trainings in soccer isnt enough to get me fit ill just take that as pretty much cardio cuz we just run and do drills with the ball. So i need to get muscles not just losing fat

    As a thirteen year old, the most important thing is that you do everything, but in extreme moderation. Your body is still developing and you do not want to hamper natural development by overdoing both strength and cardio workouts. Do some push ups everyday, and lift some weights every alternate day. Keep it to a bare minimum. To lose weight, you should consider jogging and running (the days you do not do strength training). A more effective way to lose weight would be to get yourself an elliptical bike. They are lots of fun and probably the best way to lose weight.
