and loose weight . Id like to loose a good 10 llbs how can i achieve my goal the healthy way also im planning on starting to jog 5days a week for 30min – 1hr would that help?

    i am glad that you are openly asking for help! I am 14 and i only weigh 88 pounds. What you should do is first of run at LEAST a quarter mile every day. Also eating a little less will help. I am NOT saying to eat one slice pizza for a meal becuase that is not healthy. Maybe you can have a banana instead of grabbing chips! This will also help your immune system! If you are passionate abuot this i know you can do it! Good Luck
