13 Year Old Needing To Lose Weight?

I’m thirteen years old.
I weigh 127 pounds and I want to lose about ten pounds.
I am 5′3″ and im a 36C and I have chubby thighs and not the smallest stomach. Is there any way I can lose ten pounds in two weeks.? The help is appreciated (: anything and everything helps.

    Plenty of water, lemon & honey, and balanced diet.No fats, no calories.eat three times but half of your regular diet.

    No loosing weight is a life style change and diets never work better start eating right while you are still young.

    You are 13! You don’t need to worry about your weight. but i guess if you wanted to that badly, you could eat very healthy and exercise often. To lose 10 pounds in two weeks can be tough! Good Luck. Remember though; you’re beautiful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. :)

    Hi.
    There is no healthy way to loose 10 pounds in two weeks considering your not overweight. The best way for you to tone up is to eat really clean, drink lots of water, and do lots of cardio. If you eat good protein (like chicken, soy, etc) and lots of fruit and veggies than you still eat lots and not starve while losing fat. Then throw in some vigorous cardio 4 or 5 days a week and presto!
    Tone up the healthy way. At thirteen you need to be eating lots of good, healthy food and getting lots of exercise.
