13 Year Old Wanting Muscles?

I’m a 13 year old male who is 94lbs and 5′3. I am small for my age but I have a little stomach fat. I can flex my stomach and see some muscle but also some fat. I am very active. I ride my bike to school and back which is about a mile away, and I ride it allot when not going to and from school. I took weight training last year in 7th grade but it didn’t do crap for me, I am in eight grade now. I have a girlfriend who weighs 108lbs but isn’t very fat. I was just wondering what food could I eat that would help me lose some fat and gain some muscle on all of my body. I am one of the underweight sorta people at my school but have fat on me!
Is there any food I could eat that would help me gain lose some fat but not really weight. Also is there exercises I could do to gain muscle. I also do some exercises at my house but not much. I have P.E. in school this semester. I really need to gain some muscle. Please don’t say just be a kid because I am. I run around, swim, bike, climb things, and walk around with my friends.
