I’m 13 and I’m in wellington in high school , I need to lose weight over this year here is my stats
I’m 66 KG ( around 140 lbs )
I’m 5ft 2 in height
How should I lose weight eg calories and exercise ( I have seen alot of the biggest loser )
Please help me , this is your chance to help change a persons life and I will be forever greatfull! I am looking for someone who will talk to me on here throughout the year to help me lose weight and gain some muscle.

Hi Rob, I would recommend that you start slow with w/e program you choose.. weight loss doesn’t happen over night. I wouldn’t put yourself on a stringent calorie-restricting diet, but instead eat sensible portions and more fruits and vegetables (and drink more water). When it comes to exercise, riding your bike to school is perfect way to get cardiovascular and muscle work in. Actually trying in PE helps too..

i could explain a meal plan to you but i might be typing all day. eat small meals 6 times a day to increase your metabolism. in the?morning eat a small breakfast like toast or egg whites or a small bowl of cereal any of these with a fruit. then have a snack at like ten. small snack something between 50-160 calories. then for lunch eat a sandwich with only 3 oz meat one condiment OR cheese with any veggies you want. add a glass of milk and fruit. then another snack at 2 same as the first. then dinner try to eat what your family does. but small. if its a combined food like lasagna only take a cup. then a night snack. also exercise for 30-60 min a day running or weight lifting or anything you enjoy. feel free to email me

Get a photo of an idol and paste it on your wall.
Tell yourself each and everyday that you will be like the idol one day and you will do everything it takes to achieve the goal naturally.

Hey Rob The first thing I want to say is diet is more important than working out. Although working out is also important. If you want to lose weight you should know that 3500 calories is 1 pound. So if you burn 3500 calories a week you lose a pound a week roughly. That is at a healthy pace. In order to do that you must eat foods lower in calories and workout to increase the amount of calories you burn daily. Also Try switching up your diet a little bit. Stay away from white breads and moving into whole grains is an example. If you need more advice you can feel free to message me. Good luck.
