14 Year Old Tryin To Get Ripped!!!?
im 14, turn 15 may 2, im 5′10,190 pounds
i really want to lose all my fat and be all muscle
its barely march but i want to be riped and kinda bulky for summer
i already work out
im have some muscle wich u can see
but i have alot of fat
abdominal area is big and chest is kinda big also
my armes face and legs are fine…muscular also
but what i need help in is that im clueless to what i have to do to get riped!!’
at the gym i do bicep tricep one day,chest and back and abs the next day,shoulders and legs and forearms the next day and then start all over…
i also do cardio everyday
i worked out for a month straight but instead of losing weight i gained
i usually eat 3 times a day with a big meal in the mid day,
also have snacks through out the day
i know thats not what im supposed to be doing but since i dont know what to do,for the time being ive been eating like usual
but i really need help!!!
im commited and ready to give up anything thats holding me back

Workout 3 hours a day, eat fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. Your 14 though so dont expect much. Also if you dont masturbate it increase your muscle building rate. You hormones are imbalanced.
