15 And Need Some Help?

Im a 15, a boy, 125 pounds, and 5′8. I used to be anorexic and I lost about 20 pounds in a month. My grandparents are forcing me to eat food now and they say that I look ill. I think im fat but thats because I have a distorted self perception of my inner personality and wished to compensate by starvation. My grandpa says if I dont gain weight and get some muscle tone then he is sending me back to live with my mom. My question is how do I get toned and tan. I have been doing alot of situps for the past week and have noticed that my stomach is starting to look more toned. If I lift weights and do situps will I eventually look more toned and if I use self tanner and bronzer does that really work for gettting a tan.

    Hi I’m 14, ye by doing sit ups and excirsizes you will eventually become fit and toned. Yes I would say use fake tan because its better for you than getting a natural tan but make sure u rub it in correctly and don’t make it streaky and the it will look lovely and natural.hope this helps ;)

    The self tanner does work but some smell really awful. Don’t tan your self to the point it looks like you rolled around in Cheetos. Sit-up will help along with up ups and weight lifting. I’m glad you realized your problem and your addressing it. Good Luck :) I hope everything works out
