15 Year Old Boy In Need Of Body Help?

Okay, so im 15. Im 5′7 120 pounds. Im already skinny. I eat ALL the time. Recently i been trying to get abs. I do about 100 situps and 50 pushups a night. And i started eating good. I ate lots of proteins. I did all of this for about 3 weeks to a month with NO RESULTS. What the heck do i have to do different??
