16 And Fed Up With My Body?

I’m 16 and I weigh 73kg (160lbs) and I’m 165cm (5ft 5”) I did lose 10kg about to years ago but since going on the pill I gained it all back and I have been constantly trying to lose weight but my willpower is terrible, I want to weigh 55kg (120lbs) please help. Also I’m in Australia so it’s incredibly hot right now, if You could suggest exercise that won’t be too hot I’d appreciate it.

    Eat your veggies and pray and don’t forget to walk. Don’t worry too much about your looks, I was called fat when I was a kid but I overcame it. Beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. Love!

    You can go swimming or surfing.
    OR
    If you want to lose a lot of weight quickly, go to the gym early in the morning 7:00am.
    Do that for a week and then you will see massive changes
