16 Year Old Male, Soft Tummy After Weight Loss ?
Ive lost 40 pounds thru dieting alone, and not one bit of excercise.
It only took me 2 to 3months. Male, 16 years, 5′9 height.
Before i lost the weight, My tummy was really solid and hard, it would never jiggle…
After i lost the 40 pounds, My tummy has become really soft and it jiggles alot :$
I only have one noticable stretch mark, and it dissapeared ALOT.
So how do i tighten up my skin after losing weight ? ?
OH, and also, when i stand up, My abs have become visible,
But when i sit down, A massive amount of flab sticks out, its so disgusting.
I dont even know where the hell it comes from, How do i stop this from happening? LOL !
Please answer, Hehe thanks <3

I know this may sound obvious but the best way to lose weight is really exercise and diet. There are many fads out there that don’t work.
It’s time to start exercising then. You lost weight fast – that is commendable, however, skin does not adapt that fast – it just didn’t shrink enough (yet) to adjust to your new body shape. You just need to wait some time before it happens.
You might want to start some weight lifting or body weight exercises – push ups, pull ups, chin ups, squats, plankwork, crunches etc are your friends.
That time will be best spent excercising
Excercising will kick-start your metabolism, speed up your skin rejuvenation process and give you a nice muscularity below it so it shows better when your skin finally adjusts to your shape
Keep the healthy diet, drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep.
