i’m 17 years old ..
5′ 4″ tall … and 309 lbs ..
i realized that it’s time to stop being fat and lose weight (yay)
so i need a good fast and kinda gentle diet xD
and i need you to tell me what exercises make you lose weight faster .. and also what food makes your body lose weight faster too ..

It requires patients, and at first, not so much healthy eating more like cutting back on how much you eat, then go into healthy eating. Running is good, swimming and press/push ups. I usually eat a yogurt for breakfast and a sandwich at lunch, and pasta for dinner and a hot drink for supper, and I walk everywhere… It requires patients and don’t listen to those online training programs that say ‘GET FIT IN TWO WEEKS’ lol good luck
I agree with the other reader, you will have to reduce your caloric intake. It might be hard for you to work out right now at your weight so I would suggest a change in diet and walking 30 to 45 minutes a day.
