How Can A 17 Year Old Guy Lose Weight Fast?
Okay so I am 17 and not really like overweight but I used to weigh like 145 and now weigh 158 I have gotten fat in the sense that it made my arms a bit bigger and the fat covers my abs that I had …so now I want to know what should I do to lose weight fast like what should I eat and what not to eat and what other exercises other than running would u recommend …thank you

I am your age, 11 stone with a flat stomach, You are still growing!!!!!!! just because you have stopped your growth spurt doesn’t mean you will stop growing, eat healthily! I go boxing 3hrs a week and if you have the will power do it! You dont have to do any fighting and usually its really cheap, mine is £2 for a 1.5 hr session. I am training for the army at the moment, work out your max push-ups and sit ups in a minute and then do half of that in the morning and night every other day, you should start to see the effect in 1 week, after 4 weeks re-do your max push ups and press ups and then half it again and do the same thing

I used to be able to do 40 press ups in a minute now i can do 50

Hey Carlos, just making a few changes to your diet can make a HUGE difference.
Cut out all drinks besides water and skim milk. No sodas, no fruit juices, no coffee… just water and skim milk. Never eat after 7 PM. Cut out beef and pork from your diet completely. Eat more chicken (baked or grilled), turkey and fish. Instead of having potato chips for snacks, eat kettle corn. Be sure to eat plenty of vegetables on the side with your meals. My favorite is baked potato topped with salsa. For desserts have Jell-O or low-fat yogurt. Walk for 30 minutes a day. Lastly, don’t think of this as a diet. Think of it as a lifestyle change. If you follow this you will lose weight. Good luck.
