How Come I Gained 1 Kilo In 1 Day?

I did some exercise too.
Breakfast: 1 pizzabread, water.
Lunch: fruit, 2 crispbread, 1 sausage.
Dinner: chicken and fruit in sweet sauce. (9 pm lol)
break: energydrink, graincookie, hand of chips. fruitysalad.
Exercise: riding bike for 50 minutes, abs for 10 minutes.
How come i gained 1 kilo????

    its old credited fats and calories that u weighted today. keep records every few days and observe what u eat and make note.

    It’s nothing. You can gain 1.5 kilos without eating anything bigger. Carrots = 150grams, water = 250grams a cup…you’re putting it in your body arent you? 4 cups of water = 1KG, 6 carrots = 1KG.

    Check the balance ( even if you have used the same balance you have to calibrate the balance each time before use) and your eyesight.
