How Come I Gained 1 Kilo In 1 Day?
I did some exercise too.
Breakfast: 1 pizzabread, water.
Lunch: fruit, 2 crispbread, 1 sausage.
Dinner: chicken and fruit in sweet sauce. (9 pm lol)
break: energydrink, graincookie, hand of chips. fruitysalad.
Exercise: riding bike for 50 minutes, abs for 10 minutes.
How come i gained 1 kilo????
