    diet my friend. but your on vacation.. takes up to 2 weeks to see a visual appearance.. but if your a persont that steady workouts out you will feel fat after 4 days with out working out. i suggest 15 mins of abs a day.. 2 sets of 30 second flutter kicks holding feet 6 inchs off ground..30 second break. then keeping feet lifted 2 sets of 30 second bycycle kicks… 30 sec break… keep at feet lifted 6 inchs ab crunchs half way up n quarter way down( so dont let head or shoulders hit ground) 2 sets of 25. then lay on side 2 sets of 25 side crunchs.. then flip and do other side for same :-) GET SWULL WHILE ON VACATION.

    You can do abdominal and core exercises daily in the hotel room it only takes 10 to 15 minutes.

    Rock hard abs? Haha I like your description. Anyways, just repeat your daily routine.. do some abdominal exercises as you normally would do. Most hotels have work out rooms anyways, so you should be well off there. Even though it’s vacation, try to keep healthy as well so you don’t gain unnecessary weight.
