??? How To Lose Weight And Gain Muscle?
I was hoping to lose some weight, seeing as school is about to start I’ll work out in my spare time. My issue is I feel my thighs and back side have gained some weight….so I’m planning on working out way more to accomplish that. One thing I fear though, is having all that fat turn to muscle, so you don’t really see any difference.
Is their any exercise techniques that allow me to take fat from my legs and butt
Without getting a large amount of bulky muscle in return.
