How To Get Six Pack Abs

Basically, she’s really good looking. She’s very pretty, she’s slim/healthy, and about 5ft 6, she doesn’t dress slutty. She’s cute and affectionate, fun to talk to. A little bit cheeky and flirtatious. She does her hair and make up really well too.
The stuff that turns me off about her is that she’s a little bit “too” flirtatious sometimes. She can also be mean, she’s sometimes two faced, she “trolls” people as well, and she mood swings quite a lot.
She has low self esteem. She gets angry easily, but occasionally she opens up and admits the truth. She will say something like “I don’t want a boyfriend it’s **** it doesn’t last I get bored and move on” but she will admit when she’s in the right mood “I only say that because I can’t get a boyfriend.”
She also smokes… So I rather stupidly took up smoking to spend more time with her. She’s 16.
About myself? I’m 17 and I’m genuinely nice guy. I’m quite intelligent, I dress smart/casual, I speak decent, I’m 6ft 5, 190 lbs, slim/average (not lanky) with strawberry blonde hair. I guess I’m looking for a long term relationship as I haven’t had a “proper” girlfriend before… Sure i’ve asked girls out when I was younger but nothing really happened other than a few kisses, no real romance between us. I’m not after a heavy sexual relationship, my libedo is actually quite low.
But I can’t help but feel like this girl is way out of my league..? Even though she has crushes on guys such as ed sherhan and that guy who plays ron in harry potter and she likes smart nice guys, I just don’t know how to feel.
I made some advances on her before and she pushed me away. She was rude and tweeted about me saying I was desperate stalker virgin who wouldn’t get anyone… But I forgive her because I like her a lot and I think I pissed her off by asking her about when her first time sex was (she brought up sex not me) and I think she was bitter than she lost her virginity to someone she didn’t care about.
I just don’t know what to do? I’m going to the gym more oftern, I want to get abs. I’m also taking roaccutane to get rid of my acne. I’m trying to build a friendship with this girl but it seems like we just talk and nothing progresses, sometimes it does sometimes it doesn’t I just don’t know how to strengthen our friendship each time we talk, and when I analyse myself I’m not being attractive.
