I’m 5′6 And Weigh 146 Pounds, And Want To Lose Weight?

Hi I’m 14 and a girl, and according to the bmi, I’m in the overweight category for my age;

People are really surprised when I tell them I’m only 146 pounds, they think I weigh more. And when I see myself I’m really surprised I don’t weight more than that, cause I feel very… Heavy. I have trouble running cause I feel the weight and it’s holding me back and dragging me down.
So I decided I wanted to lose weight to about 120-124 pounds I don’t want to go any lower than that cause I don’t want to look scary thin or even thin.
So i’m asking, is losing 20-25 pounds too much and make me look too thin?

    I’m your age and weight but I don’t look fat most people tell me i have the perfect body. I think you should lose 10 pounds thats good enough
