I’m Fat So My Wife Wants A Divorce.?
I’m going through a divorce part of the reason my wife and I are divorcing is because she said that I got too fat. I did gain a lot of weight after having 5 knee surgeries that I suffered playing basketball. I can’t jog anymore like I use to. I can swim though but we don’t have a YMCA membership anymore. I really would like to lose some weight and I’ve started eating better, but what can I do to get some excersise when I work 10 – 15 hours per day? I’m 40 now and worried about my health. In the last 8 years I went from being 220 lbs and a 34 inch waist to 305 and a 44 inch waist. I’m 6′4″ so it doesn’t look that bad, but I need to lose about 70 lbs. Everytime I start working out I get injured. How can I do it?

you let yourself go, she shouldnt leave you. but maybe she cant handle it. Tell her youll start working out. Ask her to be your gym partner. it might work.
Start by seeing your doctor.
Then, just start moving. Rotating your arms, walking short distances, actively pulling in your tummy. Easy does it and then you do more as you can.
I don’t know what you should do about your weight but i know that if she is divorcing you because of your weight then she is definitely the wrong person for you.
