In Emotional Distress Right Now, If Anyone Could Give Some Advice, It Would Mean A Lot?

My relationship is on the rocks and I think it might be ending. This is the first serious relationship I have had after dating casually on and off for four years after the end of a seven year relationship I was in.
I thought that this was it and we were going to get married. we are on a break at the moment which will end in a few days and I will either hear where he stands or walk away.
I haven’t been able to eat or drink much, I’m just a mess. Im losing weight and i feel awful. I can’t make sense of the situation and I don’t want the relationship to end.
I woke up after five hours of sleep this morning feeling like someone poured acid down my throat and I feel like I have a stomach full of water that I might throw up. I feel like I’d feel better if I were to throw up, but my body just doesn’t do that. I haven’t thrown up since I was 8.
I really don’t know how this will go when I speak to him next. I am really needing a way to get a little peace within myself right now, and I’ve distracted myself with hobbies, work, etc.my mind just comes back to this though.
I’m in my 30s and I don’t feel like I have the strength to go through this again like I did seven years ago.
What can I do to help myself right now? I can’t go on feeling like this the next few days.

    Surround yourself with family and friends… Constantly. DONT do anything irrational. Trust me. Time heals all if the situation goes south. It may take awhile but it WILL get better. I promise – probably in the form of someone better. Go speak w a therapist and poss get on anti-depression meds… You must eat n drink and continue with life… He/she prob is so you need to also.
