Is 3 Sets Of 15 Reps Per Muscle Group – Per Week Really Enough?
I recently started working out and ive been told that I should do 3 sets of 15 reps for 1 muscle group per day and then the same for another muscle group the next day …and so on.
But 3 sets of 15 reps takes like …a few mins. …Is that really enough per day to build muscle?
