Is My Body Supposed To Look Like This? Runners Body? Am I Weight Lifting Too Much?

I am a long distance barefoot runner but lately I have been doing some major weight lifting and I think my body has changed a little. I have been doing 70 lbs on every weight lifting machine and only weigh 120 lbs. I just want to know if I have the ideal runners body:
-my feet are wide and boney at the front yet really narrow at the ankles (my toes are long and lanky)
-my calves are thin and toned
-my thighs are huge yet rock hard
-I have HUGE hips which causes me to have a really humongous butt
-my waist is tiny
-I have a six pack abs
-my arms are long and toned (my fingers are long and lanky)
-my chest pops out
-and I have shaped shoulders
by the way I’m only 5 foot 3 inches. Is this good for long distance running? should I cut down on the weight lifting?

You are at a slim/athletic position right now. Your body is not known to changes especially because you are a runner, therefore your body right now can only handle a certain amount of weights, but you can train your body to adapt to your weight lifting conditions. I use to run cross country and I weight in at 128 all muscle. Bottom Line lift weights, but at the same time keep up with your running as well. I also have a runners body, yet I still lift weight twice my body weight. My running has not changed, still the same.
