**protein Shakes** Is This A Good One To Help Me Build Lean Muscle? I’ve Never Used One Before?
First off I’m 20, 5′2″ and 115-120 lbs. I work out a lot (5-6 days a week) and get A LOT of cardio in- my workouts are pretty hard (running, cycling/spinning class, etc.) I’m trying to TONE for summer so I know protein is important. I eat super healthy with a lot of fruit and veggies and I have seen some results over the past few months but I’m wondering if a protein shake/powder will help me better.
I’m looking into something like this from GNC: http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?pro…
Would this work? Would I see results? I’m afraid of gaining weight if I drink one every day after a workout. I need a lot of advice since I’ve never used one before.
Thanks all

I heard Advocare is really good, apparently is like the new substance that even NFL players use!!
didint i answer this already??? read ur friggn answers, ppl like u are so ignorant about protein supplements its just like protein u get form food except u get it absorbed faster in a more pure form… just like eating a chicken breast or can of tuna protein drinks dont make u fat DAMN!
it would be better, because it’s higher quality protein than anything you can find in fruits and vegetables.
If you gain some muscle, you’ll lose fat in the process, unless you start eating way more calories.
Don’t bother with the fancy advertising when you buy whey. Find a brand that just says “whey protein” without any magic additives or super-optima-performance blend of this or that.
I eat Twin Lab brand whey.
