Question About Getting Skinny! I Already Put This Up But I Have 2 Months Now!?

Hi! I’m 13 I need to get skinny or get little abs in 2 months! I am a dancer but I need more activities to do besides that to make me skinny! Give me advise and things to do and a diet plan!
(p.s I am not fat I am just normal size I just want to get rid of remaining fat before my dance competition!)

    -Run or jog every morning, or when you have time. Possibly for an hour or 2? It’s okay to slow down and jog slowly, or walk for a few minutes.
    -Eat healthy foods. Fruits & vegetables are great.
    -Drink lots of water. It makes you feel full, so you don’t have to eat as much.
    -Eat well-balanced meals. Don’t eat too much, don’t eat too little. You’re only 13, you need nutrition.
    -Don’t eat too much all at once. Eat every few hours or so.
    -Do cardio exercises, sit ups, push ups, or weight lifting.
    You are only 13, please remember that. You shouldn’t be getting too worried about losing weight, you need nutrition, and you’re still growing, meaning you’ll be getting bigger.

    I have helped a few people lose weight.
    My one friend was about your age, and weighed 240 lbs.
    So me and his father made a strict diet and nutrition plan.
    All of this consisted of eating 5 meals a day, with each meal ranging from 200-500 calories.
    The reason for having 5 meals a day is simple it actually speeds up your metabolism and increases recovery.
    Now on to the work out part, each day we run from 1-5 miles a day at first we started only doing 1 to gradually build himself up to do more. Another important thing is to have a workout buddy, and go to the gym. He and I went to the gym each day for about 2-3 hours a day and worked on various parts of the body. We started each workout with a stretch and then worked on the upper body by benching weights, then from there we worked on our core, and then finally our legs.
    Also for diets it is ideal to have vegetables, fish, fruits, and chicken.
