…so I Workout In The Restroom…?
Basically right before a shower i go in to the restroom with my iPod and turn on the shower head and put the water on the hottest it can be or close to the hottest, then i listen to music while i jog, shadow box, and do high knees. I do this for about 3 or 4 songs which is like 10-12 min. and when i finish i am extremely tired and very sweaty.
I do this cause i cant actually run outside (neighborhood is too bad)
My question is.. Do you think this is an effective way to burn fat?
Im about 5′2 and weigh 113-115lbs. I wanna cut fat so i can see my abs. So what do you think?

i do the same but i run 5 miles a day. running will really help u burn fat. but what ever your doing is alright, running will help tho
I would hate to have your water and electric/gas bill! The hot water vapor is not necessary. The exercises you are doing are aerobic in nature and do wonders for your cardiovascular system. You will also need to do some strength training exercises. Get a book on isometric exercises. No equipment needed. You can also purchase a roll of Theraband elastic banding which you can use for resistance training as well. You did not mention your age. However, if you have not experienced puberty, you don’t have the hormones for muscle development yet. That does not mean you stop your exercises.
Other suggestions: go up and down a flight of stairs, and track the number of times you can do it in ten minutes. See if you can increase it but go slow. Get yourself a jar of 100 pennies. Empty the jar on the floor, and place the jar on the table. Get one penny at a time from the floor and place it in the jar. Time yourself. You can vary this by squatting each time or by bending at the waist without bending your knees. If you have a brother or sister or friend, you can do these kind of exercises together in a friendly competition. Have fun and watch the pounds go!
