“starvation” Diet?! Easy 10 Pts!!?

So first off, im 15[Male] 128lbs. & 5ft. 6 in. and i went from being 14 yrs old 160lbs to what i am now. I still have just a tad bit of belly fat underneath my belly button, and i want to lose that. My legs have been so weak lately, and im just not in the mood to do cardio. So, im starting this “diet” so to say, that makes you miss breakfast, and lunch, and you have a light dinner[or mid-day snack, or both] but the whole point is to restrict your calories to under 1000 or even 500 per day. Now, Studies have been done that show this ‘Starvation’ diet WORKS. The “Starvation Mode Myth” has NO scientific evidence proving that, so therefore it is [as of right now] NOT true! Here is evidence that these guys lost BODY FAT[obviously a little too much lol] but it does cut fat.
So lets say i want to lose just 5 lbs of FAT[not muscle] how long would it take for me to lose that being on this diet do you think? Maybe 2 weeks? Thanks!!http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota_S…

    starving yourself isn’t good, your body eats the muscle and then the fat, youre going to suffer the consecuences when you get older, p.s. tall skinny man are disgusting, hope u know you won’t get a ***** without eating healthy

    Why don’t you just do core exercises. If you lost a lot of weight fast then your going to keep that flab even if you starve yourself. Try doing ten minutes of sit ups a day. It should help within a couple of weeks.
